Storyline: Alex is a resourceful motoboy who cheats death daily on the most dangerous streets in the world. One day his close friend is killed by a reckless motorist. Alex seeks justice, but a corrupt cop stands in his way. The cop has orders to destroy all evidence of the motorist’s complicity in the accident, because of the driver’s wealth and status.
