Storyline: Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya), Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) and others discover Ruby's true identity and discover a large amount of firearms and shabu. He tells Sahara (Takayuki Kanema), a member of the special investigation team, that the series of incidents was not the work of the Kyowa-kai and the Marukami-kai, and advises him to investigate the relationship behind the incident. Himuro suspects that there is a mastermind among the police, but Sawara is similarly suspicious of Matsumiya (Gen Hongo) and others. Meanwhile, the police begin to arrest Mita (Shun Suda).
