Dolls of Clay

Storyline: Shows the conflict between workers on a textile factory and entrepreneurs. Having received a higher education and a diploma in textile engineering, the co-owner of a large textile factory returns to Pakistan. He is an energetic young man full of innovative ideas. He soon becomes convinced that nothing has changed here in the years of his absence: the factory owners still wallow in luxury, squandering money on gambling, banquets and mistresses. The workers still drag out a miserable, impoverished existence. Their exploitation has been brought to extreme limits - there are no schools, hospitals, no safety equipment - people are dying, and their families are evicted from their homes.
