Storyline: Year 1995 During the Serbian occupation of Kosovo, in the absence of telephone lines for the Albanian population, a local mayor (chairman of the five Albanian villages) of one part of Kosovo, must give an interview to an English newspaper, but to do this he should move up to a telephone pole, and connect a camera phone just to realize the interview.
