Le bal des anguilles : contes sinueux

Storyline: This video, in a series of poetic scenes, shows men and women upon whom banality has not yet taken hold. Agile as fishers of eels, they capture the fleeting moments of daily life and transform them into extraordinary events. Storytellers in a broad sense, and without the usual pipes or rocking chairs, they sweep us off our feet in a strange waltz. Throughout, we meet a hotel keeper who takes in a sailor in distress, a man pursued by a little cloud of odour, a woman who believes that she possesses a magic ring, etc.
