Storyline: Although César, a real estate agent aspiring to be a motivational speaker, and his wife Vanessa are about to move out, he cannot ignore the constant provocations from Emílio, the building superintendent. What once were mere disagreements during condo meetings have escalated into a direct and personal conflict. Everything gets worse when César delivers a mysterious donut.
