Storyline: Tom Cannon, a tap-dancer senior at State University sets out to find a College Queen for the upcoming competition. He selects Cindy Harris, a girl who is working her way through college as a waitress and can sing and dance. They win and she is named College Queen. Songs include "I'm Learning a Lot in College" and "Down the Old Ox Road."
