Storyline: A female doctor, Seiko, and three nurses are conscientiously engaged in providing medical treatment in spite of the enormous debt their hospital is suffering from. However, apart from their daily work at the hospital, they are also secretly engaged in terminating major criminals that cannot be punished under the law.
