Storyline: Kalyana Krishnan (Mukesh) is part of an orthodox Brahmin family who still follow the caste system. He ends up marrying Nirmala (Annie), a Christian girl. To get the family's approval for the marriage, Nirmala masquerades as a Brahmin orphan. The film continues with the tricks & travails that they have to face owing to this.
