Storyline: Franz Mooshuber, mayor of a little Bavarian town, receives a letter invitation from the mayor of Cannes, asking him to participate in the annual boat joust tournament. When he and his two buddies return, they don't just bring back the trophy but also a bus full of sexy girls and ambitious plans to turn their village into a wild tourist resort.
