Storyline: James Clemens gets the top-billing in this Vitaphone short where he plays a drunk who can hardly stand. That's pretty much the entire plot as Clemens stumbles into the Dream Cafe where he runs into a cop as well as a lovely young lady who performs a couple dances for him.
