Deus Ex

Storyline: Extremely nervous passenger calls a taxi at rush hour and soon discovers that his driver can disperse traffic jams by laying hands on the navigator, and also change the color of the traffic light depending on his own needs. In other words, at the wheel he, judging by everything, was caught by the Lord, who briefly went up to the cab drivers, and the passenger himself was to become part of an inscrutable plan.
