Storyline: Country bailiff believes that a man of the people shall exercise police work. Åsa-Nisse appointed to the local police for some time. "Nesses" sometimes odd methods will still work somehow. Åsa-Nisse and Klabbarparn then visit Gothenburg to see the singer Gun from Knohult at Liseberg. There they also take a tour of the roller-coaster.
