A New Color: The Art of Being Edythe Boone

Storyline: Celebrated muralist Edythe Boone uses buildings as canvases to convey her stories of pain, perseverance and hope in an effort to raise awareness about the ongoing and necessary struggles for racial justice and gender equality. The artist is at work restoring the San Francisco Women’s Building mural 'Maestrapeace" and helping middle school children and senior citizens paint their own murals.
