Storyline: The comedy occurs on shipboard where Jimmie is the object of attention for a pair of pickpockets who plan to use him to smuggle their ill-gotten off the ship. Arrested at customs, he manages to escape but gets caught again as he tries to rejoin his girl whose father is trying to remove her from his influence.
