Storyline: Hong Kong, 1997. Two young brothers, Chi and Shing, are learning to cope with life, specifically life with a father who has become emotionally detatched ever since their mother's departure from the family and her subsequent emigration to San Francisco to seek a new life for herself and a future for her boys.
