Amateur History

Storyline: A group of friends writing a book on the history of Los Angeles finds that their roommate is missing and has taken all of the material for the book. Two years later, a man working for a book publishing company finds the finished book but cannot find the author. He goes on a search to find out exactly what happened to them.
