Like shadows riding the wind, they appear and vanish, always waiting for the next moment to strike. We follow the footsteps of Lieutenant Bình, a policeman tracing the elusive maneuvers of the Windy Devil Gang: from bustling city streets and chaotic nightclubs to river docks and towering mountain caves, encountering the faces of good and evil, past and present, deceit and innocence. As the chase seems to know no bounds, the possibilities of discovery dissolve into infinity.
