Storyline: Malti Mhaske is accused of murdering her high class owner, Kavya. Tara is defending Malti against the state in the courtroom. In a case that is hard to win Tara brings forth the subdued mental state of a physically abused "at the hands of her former caretaker" Malti. As the case unfolds so do complexities of the lives of Malti and her owner.
