Storyline: The Ukrainian village is frightened. Baba Lena spreads rumors as if a local Vova with an ax in hand is going to a wedding in Galka to avenge the instructed horns. The local precinct officer decides to take matters into his own hands. But no one guesses what Vova really intended.
