Blood Sugar

Storyline: Kevin takes a local gangster hostage in a desperate and reckless final attempt to pay off his debts, asking sensible older brother Liam to be on hand for the exchange. When the hostage takes a turn for the worse, they must learn to put sibling differences aside for a chance at redeeming their friendship, and saving their lives.
