Storyline: Alain has been summoned to resolve a complaint he has filed against the public administration. He believes he is right and his rights protect him, so he feels confident. However, his conversation with the official reveals to him the extent to which he lives enslaved by a system that is more concerned with directing his thoughts than protecting his free will.
