Storyline: Togashi, the leader of Togashi-gumi, boasts enormous power. The leader of the Ryuokai is sent to prison because he distrusts him who controls the town, and a mysterious man who calls himself Takishima appears in front of Shinshiro who becomes the leader of the group.
