Storyline: In 2057, Naples is the only city that survived a catastrophic world war, thanks to its high pollution rate that shielded the poisons of nuclear waste. The city is politically divided between the president of "Napoli Bene", perched on the hill of Posillipo, and the delinquent O' Turco, solely responsible for the illegal trafficking of "Down Naples".
