All the inhabitants of the city watch the movie "The Sinful Life of Franciszek Buła" on television, and two policemen, Karlik and Lucek, patrol empty streets. Meanwhile, the thieves, taking advantage of their inattention, run away. Police officers pay for staring by losing their job.
