Biography: British-based Czech born actress and later writer/director. Born Zuzana Opršalová, but mostly credited as Susan Kodicek or Hannah Kodicek, she was best known for her performance in the BBC's adaptation of John Le Carrie's Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.
