Overview: Sabeni or Ben is an amateur painter who lives in Puncak. He meets Grace and Yuni the sisters, who are replacing their car’s tyre. Ben helps them and thereafter goes often to see Grace. Grace is a daughter of a rich businessman and she asks him to join her band when she learns that Ben is a singer. When Grace’s father is ill, she rushes home and Ben tries to go after her even though he doesn’t know her address. He only knows the address of his friend, Bagio, located behind a tall building that is actually the office of Grace’s father. Finally, Ben becomes a famous singer but Grace’s father still disapproves. Grace is instead matched with Mansjur, who turns out to be a playboy. Thereafter, Grace’s father permits Ben to see her again.

Overview: Hamsah is always preoccupied with his business while his wife is busy with her social life. Their daughters; Tuti and Lina, are neglected by them. Lina suffers the most as she is paralyzed, and the doctor does not think that she will improve. So a private teacher is hired for Lina, a university student named Arman. They get along well as Arman is also suffering from the loss of his mother and sister, who died during the revolution. The seeds of love begin to grow, but it happens that Tuti likes him too. Then Arman resolves problem by reuniting Tuti with her ex-boyfriend, Anwar. In the end, Hamzah and his wife realise their mistakes, while Lina and Arman find their “private palace.”

Overview: Containing eight songs, the film is like TV variety show of music and singers. Charma, an architecture student, falls in love with Anita. Thanks to advice from Bagio Sumarto, an old artist, Charma manages to win Anita, even though her mother, who has a royal lineage, considers that an artist would lower the family’s prestige. It was a strange assumption, present at the time of the film’s production. Charma then helps Bagio realise his dream of building a village for artists by staging a big successful show. And Anita turns out to be the daughter of Bagio who has long been separated from his wife.

Overview: Beautiful Lina is gravely ill and in a coma so her husband decides to take her to a professor / supernatural researcher who has a collection of ghosts and monsters as research objects. Unfortunately, the professor’s research is tainted by his corrupt assistant so when Mrs. Lina needs blood, she is given a tainted blood transfusion which is the blood of Mrs. Kemangmang... a spirit who likes to suck human brains.

Overview: After the success of Tuyul, the same main cast returned for this first sequel. Sol Soleh wanders into a cave filled with small statues of tuyuls (childlike ghost similar to goblin or imp) and brings two home. One of them, the humble Darto, comes to life and makes Soleh rich overnight. Things get out of control soon after Darto requests a companion and then a female tuyul.

Overview: Ateng and Iskak try their fortune in Jakarta by working as helpers for Bagio, who makes fun of them all the time. Then, they meet Vivi and Erni whose car breaks down and they help to pull the car to their house. After getting a job from the girls, Iskak starts to dream about Erni. Iskak tells Ateng about his dream and the father overhears this. So they are both fired. But the house servant, Ardi, gives them an address of his relative, Diran, who owns a garage. They get the job and on one delivery, they meet Vivi and Erni, who brings them back to work at home, at the request of their father. There are funny musical scenes in the film, one of which features three songs in a row.

Overview: Didi, loves to play marbles, and has a lucky marble that he calls Si Jimat (Lucky Charm). When his father sends him to buy a box of matches, he is tempted to play a game with his friends. Then a “sunatan” procession (children’s circumcision ceremony) passes by. His friends leave the game to follow the procession. Didi also forgets to take Si Jimat and the box of matches. Another boy finds the matches and accidentally starts a big fire. When Si Jimat is found nearby the burnt matches, Didi’s father is furious so Didi runs away from home and goes to the top of a chalk hill. Didi’s parents are frantic and when they can’t get him down from the hill, an Air Force helicopter finally rescues Didi.

Overview: Ateng’s tomfoolery saves his employer from a robbery attempt by Bagio and his gang. He succeeds as he knows Bagio’s secret fear of cats. As a result, Bagio constantly targets him especially when he recovers a diamond that Bagio wants. Then Iskak gets a job and falls in love with another servant, Supini. To secure the relationship, Ateng sends a letter Supini’s name to Iskak, and vice versa, thus creating more comedic confusion.

Overview: At the Kuntul Putih School of martial arts, the teacher Sekarwangi receives a telegram that his ex-student, Anom Subali, is robbing people. So Ateng and Iskak, students of Sekarwangi who have just graduated, are told to go and defeat Anom’s group. Ateng is given a magical weapon (a cloth belt) while Iskak is also given a weapon (a flute). So Ateng and Iskak face many battles against Anom’s men. A love story is also woven in as a subplot. The comedy is mixed with action as it uses a martial arts story as a background.

Overview: Tuty travels to Bandung to visit her uncle who is a cemetery caretaker. A young man accompanies her to show the way but when they arrive at the graveyard, Tuty lets out such a fearsome laugh that the young man runs away in fear. Tuty’s laugh sounds like a kuntilanak (Indonesian version of banshee). Iskak, who also hears the freakish sound, flees at once. The news about kuntilanak spreads. But it is Tuty who has the last laugh. She snares a new boyfriend, a reporter assigned to cover the news.

Overview: Tells the story of Matt Dower who is trying to find Nukulom who has made his village impoverished because of blackmail. On his journey, Matt Dower arrives at the lair of Matt Geledek, who has just been released from prison and handed over his power to Munafik. Because he wants to change the place for the better, Natt Dower is removed by Munafik. When Matt Geledek returns home, Munafik is removed because now he has changed.
