Overview: In 1958, while revolution is rumbling in Beirut, three sisters spend their holidays in an isolated village of Lebanese mountains: rebellious Nada, romantic Eva, and the eldest Layla, a good woman, beloved by everyone. But the war threatens and the sudden entrance of two French summer vacationers leads Layla to revolt against patriarchal society.
Overview: A mother and her 3 boys live in the poor suburbs of Beirut. The youngest boy is religiously committed unlike his two older brothers who are drug dealers. They force their younger brother to work for them because of his clean reputation. A series of events bring chaos to the family and the whole neighborhood.
Overview: After living in Europe for several years, Ziad returns to visit his family in his North Lebanon hometown at the Syrian border. When he arrives, the tension is palpable. Ziad tries to reconnect with his family.
