Overview: A young, teen boy named Frank McCry is known for being a very wimpy intellectual at school. One day, a meteorite suddenly strikes near him, giving some unknown powers from its radius. Frank takes up the challenge to redeem himself for his confidence by protecting his city from threatening forces; as coincidentally, one rises.
