Kovács Lajos színész lánya. 1996-ban végzett a Színház- és Filmművészeti Főiskolán. 1989 óta a Miskolci Nemzeti Színházban játszik, 2001 és 2003 között a Bárka Színházban és 2004 óta a Vidám Színpaddeszkáin is megfordul.
