Overview: A rough and tough cop, Dee (Danny Lee), is about to wrap up a case when part of the group he's investigating is slaughtered. The killings turn out to be the work of a mysterious assassin; when Dee digs around to find out the killer's identity, he's shocked at what he discovers.
