Overview: The DVD is composed of 14 songs and is titled "Live in Japan" on the menu page. The first 11 tracks were recorded on December 14, 2008, and follow the track list set down by the band on their Smile -Live at Wolf Creek- recording and tour at the end of the band's Smile world tour at Daikanyama Unit in Tokyo. The last three songs were recorded December 12, 2009 at Club Citta' in Tokyo. Besides the three regular members of the band - Takeshi, Wata and Atsuo - Michio Kurihara plays guitar on all recordings. Song credits on the DVD are all for Boris except for track 1, which is by PYG, track 7, which is by Boris and Michio Kurihara, and track 9, which is by Ai Aso and Boris. The video is directed by fangsanalsatan and Ryuta Muruyama.

The first ten tracks are songs from the show, which are mostly from the Akuma no Uta and Heavy Rocks albums. Tracks 11-14 are music videos made by the band by Foodunited and Fangs Anal Satan. Overview: Heavy Metal Me is a DVD release by Japanese band Boris. It consists of live performances of "Feedbacker" and "Flood", music videos for "A Bao A Qu" and "The Evil One Which Sobs", and the titular short film Heavy Metal Me. The short film is actually a series of chapters on the disc which play in a random order every time the user hits play (though the chapters for each language remain together). Filmed primarily in black and white, the piece is deliberately low quality and aged, with guitarist Wata playing the lead; most chapters feature analog hiss and white noise for audio tracks, though some are totally silent, and others contain acoustic guitar plucks atop the hiss. Notably the DVD has no "play all" button and each portion must be played individually from the menu.
