Overview: Door het land reist er een circus, circus Pipo om precies te zijn. Wanneer Pipo, Plom en Klukkluk optreden heeft een grote enge man heel veel interesse voor Plom en vooral haar buikspreekpop. Als de pop gestolen wordt, leidt het spoor naar de haven.
