Overview: The authorities summon many young men for forced labor in the Suez Canal, so Metwally leaves his sister Shafiqa alone with their old grandfather, whereupon Shafiqa is forced to succumb to the temptations of Diab, the district chief's son. As their sinful relationship is revealed, she is forced to leave for Asyut, where she becomes the mistress of Al Tarabishi, the supplier of slaves.
Overview: Amin is an honest security guard in one of the factories, he falls in love with Yasmina the factory worker, and over time discovers that Yasmina is a member of a gang headed by Asim Damanhouri, who tries to kill Amin but he stabbs him in self-defense. Amin then flees with Yasmina to Ghassan's house.
Overview: A group of farmers move to a government appointed land after their own land is taken away from them. They discover that their new land is not suitable for their crops, and they struggle to make the best out of it. Meanwhile, Haneyya tries to get closer to Hassan, whom she has been in love for years, but she's interrupted by the arrival of Hassan's wife Amina.
Overview: Hanan is an only daughter to a rich merchant. She claims that she went blind in order to escape from marriage. Hanan's father is confused and the doctors are unable to treat her. So a psychiatrist called, Dr. Ali, who brings with him his friend Hassan, who claims to be a doctor, especially after the attractive reward that the father decided to treat his only daughter. Ali and Hassan start treating Hanan, Hassan discovers that Hanan is not blind, and a love affair begins between them.
