Overview: Scandals, bribes, corruption. The Italian newspapers are full of news of corrupt politicians and unscrupulous contractors willing to do anything to get a contract. The script of THE MINISTER comes from the desire to tell a story of ordinary corruption, inspired by facts that "probably happened".
Overview: The film is set in Reggio Calabria in the late eighties, when bribes are everywhere and the power of the city is in the hands of two bosses: Saro Lodato and Cocò Raffati.
