Biography: Michael "Mike" Score is a musician and songwriter, best known as the founder, lead vocalist, and keyboard player for the band A Flock Of Seagulls, as well as his flamboyant haircut in the early 1980s. Mike and his brother Ali were hairdressers when they decided to start a band in their hometown of Liverpool, and not long after being signed, their record label had a music video made for their song "I Ran (So Far Away)", which was in heavy rotation on MTV starting in the spring of 1982, giving the band huge exposure that continues to influence pop culture even today.
