Overview: A pagan tradition in a village in the countryside of Portugal leaves painful traces in a group of young teenagers. 25 years later, when they meet again, the past resurfaces and tragedy sets in.

The only one capable of stopping this victory is a man who fought his whole life against Estado Novo. Arrested dozens of time, deported and exiled, he was one of the first to arrive in Lisbon after April 25st. That man is Mário Soares.

The civil guards sort out the castaways as they do every day, the tourists take advantage of the fine weather to go sailing and to the funfair, and the night trucks head north. The shipwrecked, hallucinated, discover the concrete floor of a Europe that doesn't see them.
