Overview: Mansoura is an orphan girl who worked in an orphanage and defended the orphan girls against Abla Afarm, the director of the shelter, which prompted Afarm to fabricate a theft case against her and forced her to flee the village to Cairo to search for her uncle who ate up her share of her father’s inheritance nine years ago. There he meets the doctor (Amal), who tells him that if he wants to recover, he must undergo surgery that may cost him his life. The matter gets worse when a wealthy person returns from abroad and wants to marry his fiancée, so he is forced to undergo the operation.
