Overview: Mother Khadija (Amina Rizk) works as a maid to raise her daughter Nemat (Shadia). The school principal (Nelly Mazloum) sympathizes with her and gives her a room in her garden to live in with her daughter. Nemat is raised with Mona (Amal Farid), the daughter of the principal. She loves Nemat, the wealthy young man Hassan (Hassan Youssef), but his family rejects their marriage. Nemat is ashamed of her mother's work and runs away from home. Nemat works in several jobs but is subjected to many harassment, and at the same time she continues her relationship with Hassan despite all the pressures around her.

A series of events illustrate Jamila's participation in resistance operations against the occupier before she was finally captured and tortured. Finally, despite the efforts of her French lawyer, Jamila is sentenced to death...
Overview: The story revolves around the singer (Dalal) who works in a cabaret. Many men fall in love with her, but she prefers the wealthy (Mustafa). She marries him and moves to live with him on his estate. (Mustafa's) mother, who wanted her son to marry his cousin, is shocked. When she is injured in an accident, a doctor comes to treat her and meets Dalal, as he was one of her former clients. The doctor proposes to (Mustafa's) cousin, and (Dalal) refuses this marriage, which will reveal her past. She decides to kill the doctor to preserve her past from her husband's family.
