The lives of both men take a different turn after their meeting.

But Sorokin's plan - to give them a chance to return to their former life - does not work: the new team cannot work together, each player pursues his own goals, and therefore they do not form a team.

The feelings that have arisen for Sergey motivate Katerina to take a close look at the provincial city and make it at least a little like the capital.
