Biography: Jeff Blynn is an American actor and model who settled in Rome in the late 1970's. He found some success often cast in police movies based on his close resemblance to Italian leading man Maurizio Merli. Eventually he bought his own restaurant in Rome which remains a popular and successful venue to this day.
