Overview: A biography of the Georgian primitive artist Nikoloz Pirosmanishvili (1862–1918), better known as Pirosmani, who died of starvation and sold his paintings to bars and restaurants for food and drink. The film experiments with color control techniques based on the painter’s style.
Overview: Kalenike, a peasant from Lechkhumi who has come to Kutaisi to sell walnuts, ends up at a wrestling show, where he tries his hand at the arena. He discovers an extraordinary talent for boxing. His coach and patron Baadur Kherkheulidze signs a contract with a foreigner and travels with Kalenike to Paris , where adventures await them.
