Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to asifabrar.net, including accounts, API subscriptions, developer services, content, downloads, AI-assisted features, and other functionality made available through the website.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using asifabrar.net, creating an account, purchasing an API plan, or using a paid or free feature, you agree to these Terms and our related policies.

If you do not agree: do not purchase a subscription or continue using features that require acceptance of these Terms.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting credentials associated with your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for activity performed using your account, API key, access token, or other credentials.
Do not share API keys publicly, commit secrets to public repositories, or intentionally bypass account security.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account or API credentials have been compromised.

3. API Plans, Limits & Entitlements

Paid API plans provide access subject to the plan limits displayed at the time of purchase.

Rate limits

Requests may be throttled when your plan's per-minute rate limit is reached.

Monthly quota

Monthly usage is limited by the quota shown for the selected plan, except where an Unlimited plan expressly states otherwise.

Plan changes

Upgrades or downgrades may change limits, billing, and entitlements according to the selected plan and Paddle billing rules.

API keys

API keys remain our access-control credentials and may be disabled if the related subscription expires, is canceled, becomes past due, or is used abusively.

4. Billing, Renewals & Paddle

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the payment/merchant-of-record provider for checkout, recurring billing, taxes, invoices, and payment processing.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and in Paddle Checkout before you confirm payment.
Recurring plans renew automatically at the applicable billing interval unless canceled.
Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-method availability may depend on your location and Paddle's checkout rules.
We do not store full card numbers or CVV data on our application servers.
Changes to a subscription may result in prorated charges, credits, or future billing adjustments where Paddle applies them.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the service for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage the platform or interfere with other users.

No unauthorized access, credential stuffing, security testing without permission, malware, scraping that causes material service degradation, or attempts to circumvent limits.
No use of the API to violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or third-party terms.
No resale or redistribution of access credentials unless we expressly authorize it.
We may apply technical controls to enforce quotas, rate limits, fraud controls, and security protections.

6. Content, Software & Intellectual Property

The website design, code, branding, original written material, and proprietary application functionality are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain rights to content you lawfully submit, but you grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, secure, and provide that content as part of the requested service.

7. Service Availability & Changes

We aim to provide reliable service, but maintenance, third-party outages, network failures, security events, or technical changes may occasionally affect availability.

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes to paid services will be handled in a commercially reasonable manner.

8. Suspension, Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel a recurring subscription using available account controls. Access may remain available through the paid billing period when cancellation is scheduled for period end.

We may suspend or disable access for fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, material breach, or legal necessity.
When a subscription is finally canceled or expires, paid API entitlements may be disabled.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every output, result, integration, or third-party service will be error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
